The CPG Spider-Man VS Venom TPB has a sightly different cover to mine, Has a (Red price box), Possible 2nd print.

Where as my copy has a (white price box), Which is first printing ISBN# 0-87125-616-3

Well i thought i'd do some serious research for myself...That i can ascertain my copy is a 3rd print May 1990 (although it says 1st print in the indica)
This info came from ISBN search.org http://www.isbnsearch.org/isbn/0871356163 showing the wrong cover (possible 3rd print)
Then i looked up on eBay, Discovered a red box copy in the states, Zoomed in on the label & to my surprise it has the same ISBN # as mine. Well they are both 1st print & it has a variant coloured price box.

Maybe someone may know more on it's history.

Gil,
I'm not sure your copy is a first print. The original price was 8.95 and the price on your book is 12.95.

Yeah! it's a good one.
I knew it was different from CPG's. Didn't realize on that price variation on 1st print... Hmm.
I'll find it (take some time Lol) & take a another look at it & get back to you.

OK then...
I have discovered one more piece of info on this book.
The indica says 1st print.1990 BUT...then the © says 1990, 1992 Hmm. This book was NOT 1st print (1990). It came out in 1992.
GCD shows the one i have https://www.comics.org/issue/334546/
Also Marvel Wikia shows the same book http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Spider-Man_Versus_Venom_Vol_1_1
Then i just checked out Comic Book Realm it had copies (1, 1b & 1c)
Mine looks to be 1b 1st print price variant $12.95 (1992) https://comicbookrealm.com/series/1938/0/marvel-comics-spider-man-vs-venom
Hope that finalizes this problem.
