I must say it is unusual to see so many big titles dropping off-maybe they ran up too high in the past -
and yet there are some titles that are taking off
my total is relatively the same but lots of internal motion.
I still prefer Rarity to almost anything else
But that is just me.
also Pulps are going crazy-not sure if they are registered here
but certainly now that they can be graded they are taking off
Unfortunately I own only a few.
Cd have bought more in past but never did.

What's dropping in value are SA, BA, MA books as they ran up during covid by 100-300%. Now they have basically dropped back to their pre-covid values.
What I have seen at auctions, etc are that GA (Timely, DC, Horror, Romance - Matt Baker, etc) & pulps are now the hot asset. For example, I bought Marvel Mystery #14 & #15 both CGC 4.0 10yrs ago for $400 each. Today, both are selling for approx $3,000 at auction. GA are going through the roof even in very low grade - depending on title of course. Horror & Romance are also going through the roof. Specifically good girl art and skull covers.
Waiting for 1969 Vampirella to start moving.
Conversely, my SA keys have all dropped significantly. I expect over the next several years, speculators, collectors, etc will start buying up the SA keys again as they continue to be quite desirable and cheaper.

Seems like the more I add to my collection, the more my value goes down! Pre-Covid levels or not, it's strange to see older titles dropping. But I did manage to get back in the top 30 on your list:

Quite true Roman (*EEIG) moves up one spot to TOP 30
that's the spirit for a Roman Legion
and as for Canesmacker (*EEIG)
I agree -I have always trusted rarity-cannot add more issues to GA books -they are way out of print
and I love the old stuff and you correctly marked the hot areas

sounds reasonable-i do not own it but have other Matt Baker comics
