Topic: Are Qualified CGC graded books valued the same boo

 Hi, just wondering if a qualified CGC graded book is as valuable or of the same value (in the same grade) as a CGC graded book that is not qualified? Example a CGC graded X-Men #43 9.4 book which is qualified; worth the same as a CGC X-Men #43 9.4 graded book that needs no qualifying.
