My name its Ricardo and this is my first post, a friend of mine brought me this to my hands, and i have few questions

Its it legit or reprint? Since most i have found have the spiderman face on the UPC code
would it be worth to send it to CDC? if so in what perk should i send it


i have no knowledge so any answer would be helpfull, if more pics needed i will post them here
