 It's possible this exists... While I don't know where it is (I have about 40,000 books), my database shows I have a copy of Battlestar Galactica: Origins "Special Edition ashcan giveaway". I am in Canada, and I was buying the BSG DVDs from Future Shop, so this might be it. I will keep an eye out for it.
