I've been searching for it for many many years, just happened to see this thread. I have over a dozen copies of the RRP in ultra high grade, etc, and this is the only issue I could never find. When I scanned the internet back then, there was a lot more info on it and I even managed to find the Futureshop page for the DVD. Seems like you were able to get more info than i did though.
I've bought the futureshop steelbooks and exclusives to be 100% sure. I've had multiple ebay alerts set on it for many many years, never ever found any evidence that it exists. I had emailed and messaged Dynamite on facebook as well, both ignored with no reply. Great to know it doesnt actually exist.  |
