Hello. While trying to research a comic book, I found the following cover scan errors:
DAREDEVIL #1E 2014-2015 VOL 4 Alex Ross 75th Anniverary Variant Cover. Limited 1 for 75
Current image shows the sketch variant cover scan and not the actual color variant version. On this site, I did not find another comic listing (besides the Omnibus collection cover which re-used this painting), so I've attempted to attach the file. If the file did not attach properly, here is the link to the Marvel website that shows the correct cover.

The current image shows an incorrect cover. (Looks like the #1.5 cover picture got repeated here in this listing by mistake.) The sketch cover variant photo that is incorrectly listed for #1E book matches the description in this listing.

Awesome! Thanks for fixing! Don't know if I should post this here as well or start a new thread, but will try here first.
As I'm chasing down my Alex Ross covers, I also found this weird quirk, probably related to your migration issue.
DEATH OF WOLVERINE #1 (2014-2015) Mini-Series
It appears the correct cover for #1B (The Steve McNiven Canada Variant Cover) is missing and thus all the cover pictures starting here & below (at least for issue #1, I didn't check the rest) in the column are off by being 1 level too high up. Looks like the Canadian Variant cover needs to be added and all the other cover photos dropped down 1 level to fit the proper comic description.
Per your direction, I have pulled the picture from the resource you mentioned above & attached it.

Here is the missing Cover Scan Picture for this hardcover.
Currently, there's no scan of it on comics.org, so source was pulled from regular Google search.
It's a hardcover graphic novel that fits into a slipcase. This is the picture of the front of the book, not of the slipcase.

Title: Red Sonja #1 (2005-2013)
Incident: Covers are misaligned and/or missing effecting slots "#1B through #1G"
From what I surmise, the John Cassaday cover is missing from the "1B" listing slot and incorrectly showing the Paola Rivera cover in its' slot instead. Thus, several of the next covers are misaligned by 1 spot. I've attached the correct Cassady cover. [Source: Comics.org]
After re-shifting the images down to the correct spot, the picture currently located/associated with the Joseph Michael Linser cover slot is showing a repeated cover image of the Art Adams cover, and would need removed.
Additionally, the comic current cover for the "Mel Rubi Fiery Red Foil Edition" slot "1G" is missing its' correct cover and instead showing a repeated image of the Alex Ross negative cover. I've attached a picture the correct cover for this slot as well. [Source: Comics.org]
After the "1G" slot, I believe the #1 variants re-align correctly.
