Topic: Need Advice! Halloween #1 Chaos Comics Variants.

 Hello all. I'm new here and in need of some help/advice from those more knowledgable than I. I'm in the process of deciding which of my comics I want to send off to CGC for grading. In doing so, I came across Halloween #1 from Chaos Comics and both variants that I purchased new when they were realeased. Both variants I have are sealed in the original bags and have never been opened or touched. I'm curious how that would work with grading. I've seen impressive numbers for gem mint copies, which i would assume they would be. My question is would it make more since to send them to CGC and have them graded where they would be opened and inspected (I assume)? Or would they be more valuable from a collectors standpoint as is, sealed and untouched? Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
