if you know how to submit them, use the missing variant button on the comic's listing, it gets it into the system faster. sometimes that doesn't work for some people, so then you'd post it in the Database and Missing Issues forum. |

I knew it had to be somewhere. looked it up on comics.org, which noted it reprints Superman #32, so it's #32E: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/superman/32E/pjrross
always good to google something or check comics.org for more info. don't know what the indicia says tho. |

up to CPG, but as noted in that article, "it is doubtful these Sanggar Karya published issues are officially licensed comics." Not 100% sure, but I think CPG doesn't list bootleg/unlicensed stuff, but they might. |

Under the "Marketplace" I see "Market Watch", "Comic Auctions", and "Want List". None of these seem appropriate for posting a notice of comics that I've listed on CPG for sale. Am I missing something?
that post from Shadow is old and out of date. CPG tried a marketplace forum a while back, apparently it was so dead they removed it, so there is no marketplace forum now. You can use the classifieds, https://comicspriceguide.com/classifieds , otherwise if you have a paid membership you just mark your books for sale and hope someone looks them up to buy. I was told once that you can post on the Auction forum for direct sales too, not sure if that's still correct. |

always try fewer keywords, as what publishers put on the cover is often times not what the actual title is in the indicia. years ago DC added 'Superman in' and then just 'Superman' to the cover of Action Comics, but the real title is still just Action Comics. The key there is the word 'in'. There's many titles with so-and-so 'in' something, but the so-and-so is not part of the real title, so try looking for the words after the 'in'.

huh, the day I answered the OP, this did not come up using the Free Comic Book Day choice in the menu, which is why I didn't suggest it, and today it does. I just searched Marvel Voices to find them. Also Ron posted months ago that 'FCBD' is being added to the titles of the FCBD books, that was started for the 2023 editions at least, but this title doesn't come up when you add FCBD to it either, so that would help. I know there's a ton of them now, so maybe they haven't gotten done with the title editing yet. |

I did a search for bootleg, including All Countries, and the ones that showed up are legitimate issues where bootleg is part of the title. I remembered the counterfeit Cerebus the Aaardvark #1, so checked Cerebus and they do list the counterfeit, so they may list these Star Wars ones too. an admin can chime in.
the standard reason for most places not to list bootlegs and counterfeits is that it gives them legitimacy, especially if there's a value assigned, which can encourage others to make counterfeits regardless of the risk. CGC won't grade them, for example. |

ok, I stand corrected. I saw they have graded counterfeits like Cerebus #1 in the past, and others have just gotten past them, but not sure what their current policy is. They say "Collectibles that are not genuine will not be graded or encapsulated" but not sure what the definition of genuine is these day. Oh well, live and learn.. |

yeah, can make it confusing to find some reprint stuff like that. CPG lists lots of 'retitled/numbered' reprints under the number of the issue it reprints and not what the cover or inside says. maybe they'll cross-reference this one, will help if you can post a pic of the indicia. |

so this thread has seemed to die out, but I see many more themes have been added to the themes list. Thought Glokar was going to keep this going in the database thread, but not so far.

Your title has it as Games with an S, which is wrong and I had to do other searches to find it, but you have it right in the body.
Attached a smaller image for you or someone to submit as a missing variant. You can do it yourself, here's how:
Use the "Report Missing Variant" function found in the listings for individual books. You must be logged in to do this.
Navigate to the specific book that is missing a variant.
Select the 'Variants' tab found next to 'Values'.
You should see a red box titled "Report Missing Variants" on the right side below any listed variants.
Clicking the box will bring up a page where you can upload the pic and enter information specific to the variant you are reporting (not all is required). This includes what it's called, price, artist, publication date, etc. This makes it much faster for the admins to process the request. Now you know how to do it for the future.
