Hi,
a forum search would turn up some instructions, but may take some time to find, so here's some:
you can either click the Attach Files button at the bottom of the posting field, and upload a pic from your phone/computer with the Browse button, and that will only show as a link in the post to open or download. I think there's a file size limit of 5mb, which is a huge pic, so just pay attention to that.
or, if the pic is on the net or in the CPG database, you can use the 'image' icon on the menu bar along the top of the composition area (the 'square' to the left of the palette color icon), and put in the link to the pic in the popup field, then it will show the actual pic in the post.
be aware that hyperlinking like that is 'hotlinking' and uses the other site's bandwidth to supply the image, and many frown on that (it's stealing bandwidth after all), and some don't care. if the pic is in the CPG database, no problem linking to it. If you right click on the bigger image that pops up in a CPG database listing when you click the thumbnail image, and choose 'view image' or 'copy image location' (may depend on what your browser offers), you use that URL for the image link here, so it will show just that image in your post vs. it going to the regular CPG listing. Some image storing sites let you hotlink from pics in your account, others don't, but that's another option.
CPG's image link popup still has 'http" as the default, so paste in the whole URL for whatever pic, most will be https by now.

I think you're looking for DC Comics Presents series. Starting with #86 there were several Crisis Crossover issues. The '50' refers to DC's 50th anniversary, and that top banner is not part of the actual title. I forgot to mention you can also post a text link to a page on another site that has a pic, or a text link to that pic's URL if you know how to get it. comics.org is a good place to find pics if CPG doesn't have them. That way won't be hyperlinking, it just goes to that site. Otherwise you can copy a pic to your phone/computer and attach it to a post as noted before. |

I see CPG has most listed as one-shots instead of with issue numbers like most other sites, except you have #17 and 19 under the 2021 series.
mycomicshop, atomicavenue, previewsworld, GCD all have Lemmy as #19, but leagueofcomicgeeks says #20, but they have Misfits at #17 which throws off #18-20. others have Misfits as a one-shot, others don't even give it an issue number, and everyone I saw was out of stock. oddly, MCS has #17 as Oingo Boingo as most do, yet the descrip says "Glen Danzig started the worlds most iconic punk metal band from his basement while silk screening shirts. Watch as he took his vision and made it worldwide with the members of the Misfits." so not the right descrip for the pic.

google came up with an old e*** listing for Misfits graded by CBCS, but it's an error page now. found the pic on google images, and CBCS has it as a "#nn". didn't find it in the CGC census with multiple spelling tries for even the whole series.

yes, any comic published in another country will be under that country in the Country drop down menu, or use All Countries when you're not sure. Anyone Seen this before (Superman Promo Folio)

I couldn't find anything on it either, but obviously it's a retailer promo of some kind, for the return of Superman stuff. Could have been a Diamond Dist. Retailer Conference goodie, or a promotion sent to comic shops from DC, but most of those are findable somehow, this one isn't, at least with the many variations and search terms I tried, most taken from the text on the thing.
You might want to ask on the CGC Comics General forum, they have lots of long time dealers and Superman collectors there, and good chance someone will know about it. free to sign up with just an email & password: https://boards.cgccomics.com/forum/8-comics-general/
topic title is more helpful if more specific, so use like 'Help with this Superman's Back/Return promo item'. you should be able to upload all the pics to the post there with the 'attach files link' so people won't have to open each one too. good luck, may be a rare piece and worth a chunk to someone. |

that has all kinds of pics out of alignment or duplicated that need fixing (some #1 covers are for issue 2 for example, according to comics.org), and this is an ongoing problem since the image migration, plus now there's another problem with the search, and collection issues.
https://www.comics.org/issue/991070/cover/4/ shows what's what with the #1, and https://www.comics.org/series/56740/covers/ shows all covers in the series, so bookmark that site as a good resource backup to refer to.
an admin will get to fixing the FF listing when they can, they may have to wait for some of the other probs to get fixed first.

attached a smaller image too, as yours was pretty big. they probably have it, but many pics got scrambled out of order when they migrated their image database recently, so you many find more of this kind of error. so post when you do, and post a link to the listing and someone will fix it. www.comics.org is an easier place to get pics than ebay too, if they have them.
