8/12/2019 Topic: Why do I have to pay for the mobile app.... Ronbatman Administrator	The mobile app cost us over $20,000 to have built from an outside firm. We are asking for $1. Seems like a good deal to me. When I send a book in to be graded I really want everything included but it isn't. There is a membership fee, a grading fee, a pressing fee, a screening fee, a shipping fee, a cleaning fee. We aren't the ones making all the money in this hobby. Ron

Ronbatman Administrator	When you sign into the app you have access to your entire CPG collection, your want lists, and the entire database of comics. You can also go into a book you own and add notes, edit the condition, or delete it. For the number of books in our system, it's really a huge resource. R

Ronbatman Administrator	I've heard a lot of speculation about Nova because of all the Nova corps getting killed and the subtle introduction to Rhomann Dey. (John C. Reilly) Corpsman Dey gave Richard Rider his powers. This would work well with the Annihilation storyline and introduce another big-time baddy, Annihilus. I wouldn't be surprised if they introduced the more modern Nova as well, Sam Alexander.

The ones that I've seen had the same UPC code since they purchased them from overstock. 8/14/2019 Topic: Spider-Man #1 (Silver Edition 1990) Ronbatman Administrator	I've checked the pricing on this book and there are several verifiable sales that are higher. I'm honestly shocked by the prices for some of these books but we just report the data, we don't make it.

With the number of books we have in the system, it's vital that we are consistent throughout the site. The King Size Specials in my understanding, are listed correctly by the indicia. What CGC does makes sense in some ways because they were annually released but technically I believe they are incorrect. Thanks for caring enough to reach out about this. 8/21/2019 Topic: Most Owned Ronbatman Administrator	We really appreciate all the members who recommend us! Honestly, you are what keep us going. I had a comic shop in Topeka, Kansas call last week saying the same thing. Some of the sites and apps have fake accounts used to hype their product. We have no fake accounts, only real people recommending the site to their friends. Short term they will gain followers but long term we will win.

The first seems like a way to increase the value of the book. The second is personal and not meant for an increased value. That sucks about your Silvestri autograph. At least you got a story out of it.
