4/17/2019 Topic: To open or not to open bl73164	Whats the feeling on opening comics that are sealed in plastic because they are some kind of special release? I have some questions and would love some feedback: 1. Does it hurt the value? 2. Will it eventually damage the comics? I ask this question because I was once told that the plastic that is used is normally of the cheaper variety and not acid free so over time the comic will be damaged. any other opinions or information would be welcome. Currently what I am doing, is opening the package and bagging/boarding the comic properly, but on the opposite side of the board away from the comic, I am saving the plastic, IF it had some kind of writing on it.
5/4/2019 Topic: War of the Realms wrong cover posted? bl73164	The cover posted for issue three of War of the Realms and the issue posted for the Battle Lines cover look identical to me....am I just missing something? I thought the battle lines ones were virgin covers.
10/3/2019 Topic: Update the site bl73164	Are we having issues updating? I have some series that pieces are being skipped for instance: Doctor Strange issue 18 has no information, 19 does, 20 doesn't. I am seeing this on a number of the ones I am trying to input. My stack of comics that I am waiting to file is getting bigger each week rather than smaller. Spawn 300, still waiting on quite a few, Marvel Comics 1000 still waiting on covers are a few other examples.

10/13/2019 Topic: Famous Monsters of Filmland bl73164	Can anyone tell me what this title is filed under? I have issue 135 so there are quite a few, its a magazine published by Warren magazine in 1977. I searched by the publisher and by title and I can't find it.

11/10/2019 Topic: Secret Warps: Iron Hammer annual variant bl73164	I have submitted a variant cover for the title "Secret Warps: Iron Hammer Annual" it is the Carlos Pacheco cover and when I was doing that I saw that a cover had been submitted with the same name but the cover is actually a Star Wars cover.
11/10/2019 Topic: Contagion covers bl73164	I was updating my titles and I noticed that while the covers for Contagion #5 are updated, the covers for issues 3 and 4 are not. I am noticing that a number of issues seem to be jumping covers like that, I will post for the others as well when I see them.

12/22/2019 Topic: Variant Issue turnaround?? bl73164	I have posted a few variant covers close to a month ago, is there a time frame when I should be asking why those aren't updated yet? I don't want to ask after two weeks for example if the normal turn around is two months. FYI, the variants I posted are for Captain Marvel #12, Absolute Carnage #5 and Legion of Super-Heroes #1.
12/26/2019 Topic: Update the site bl73164	I was reading some about the new scanner, how does a person get one to add comics? I agree with your post Ronbatman and I post variants when I get them but they still seem to be delayed before they are shown and sometimes I have had to post them twice. My concern is the trade issues being so far behind, this really seems to be an issue that started not long ago ( a few months) since when I first joined this site new comics were ALWAYS here when I checked and that doesn't seem to be the case now. I never used to have a stack waiting for covers to be posted and now its the norm, and granted some are variants and I am ok with those taking a little longer, but some are trade covers and those should be on quickly.
