Can We Use 1+ Devices Logged On At The Same Tim?

Hi.
I am logged in on my Laptop and Cannot log onto my IPad Pro for some reason.
Why is this happening or am I not allowed on more than one device at a time?
I have now tried installing the App on IPad Pro and still says 'Unsuccessful' to use login. |
