5/2/2025 Topic: IMAGE+ collectibleshop	the plus sign isn't recognized as a search term, you have to spell it out. the only issue I see is a 1993 one-shot: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/image-plus/1/pkquir . likely they don't list the newer version as it's not 50% comic story material, just news/bios and some bits of comic stories. comics.org doesn't list it either, only the 1993 one-shot.

5/4/2025 Topic: Missing Graphi Novel Star Raiders collectibleshop	because that's how it's been for the last 30+ years, thought you'd know that by now . OPG, comics.org and mycomicshop also have it under DC Graphic Novel, cuz that's what the SERIES title is, and it's printed in the upper right corner of the cover, as #1, #2 etc.. The indicia only states the issue's title, but you'd have to take that up with DC from 30 years ago. It's the same with most Marvel Graphic Novels from that era too. at least with GCD and MCS you can find it by the story title too, wish CPG would do that too, but they have their hands full with a million other things.

Gvoxx the search function can be tricky when using punctuation, so 2 things to know: leave out hyphens, apostrophes, commas, colons etc if you don't get results when using them. Check the indicia inside for the actual title. This title is noted by Marvel as 'Models, Inc.', yet some other sites just use Models Inc.. The indicia for the 2010 TPB shows 'Models, Inc.' too. but when searching here using the comma or the period after Inc, it won't come up, but without the comma and period it does. methinks CPG has it titled wrong and it should have the comma and period, and make it so it shows with and without them. also always try fewer keywords, that usually will find stuff even if you have to scroll a bunch of results. edited by collectibleshop on 5/9/2025
5/9/2025 Topic: Missing: wovlerine Revenge Red Band #1 Ivan Tao collectibleshop	since no one has told you yet, you can and should submit variants via the Report Missing Variant link on the Variants tab. CPG prefers it be done that way. Here's how: Navigate to the specific book that is missing a variant. Select the 'Variants' tab found next to 'Values'. You should see a link with a little flag called "Report Missing Variant" on the right side under those tabs. Clicking the link will bring up a page where you can upload the pic and enter information specific to the variant you are reporting (not all is required). This includes what it's called, an image, price, artist, publication date, etc. This makes it much faster for the admins to process the request. image requirements: .jpg, .png, or .gif format preferred, cropped to the edges of the comic. no camera pics, no watermarks, no signatures, no pro-graded ones, no bagged/boarded pics unless it's a factory polybag, and try to make sure they're a published version, not a pre-production pic (like a Previews solicitation often is), as those get changed in production all the time. Now's ya know, and thanks for contributing missing variants, there's always some they don't get sent or know about and they rely on collectors to fill in the blanks edited by collectibleshop on 5/9/2025
5/11/2025 Topic: Incorrect Darkhawk collectibleshop	found a good pic of 32B finally, on e**y, so attached that in case CPG doesn't have one. I can't see a UK price on CPG's #32 direct, it's not big enough to see the 2nd line price, zooming didn't help, but the top price is US $1.25, so not sure what you're seeing.
5/11/2025 Topic: Incorrect Darkhawk collectibleshop	there's no UK versions that I find. All the direct market ones I saw had the UK price, which was probably standard back then. A real UK version would have the UK price on top, and there's no Darkhawk under Marvel UK.

5/17/2025 Topic: Planet Death collectibleshop	From what I've read, this isn't an 'official' FCBD issue, but it was timed for release with FCBD, and was sold to retailers in bundles of 25 for $7.50, which multiple sites pointed out "is more or less the same cost as FCBD books", and the publisher claims almost 1 million copies were 'sold' to retailers, and many gave them out as FCBD comics since they were so cheap, and to promote the series. Dunno how they shipped to CPG, may have come with their FCBD books or just with the regular issues. So I can see how it was listed as FCBD, but as you say, it doesn't say that on/in the comic, so not 'official'. And dunno who did the scan, but looks like it was scanned thru a bag, so attached a better pic. edited by collectibleshop on 5/17/2025

5/18/2025 Topic: Missing variant : Detective Comics #477 - 12p UK v collectibleshop	yes, multiple other Detective Comics UK price variants are under the US title (there is no 'DC UK' title like with Marvel UK), so it's just a missing variant, which he's submitted already, so they'll get to it when they get to it. Neillyd, you can check to see if it's still showing on the issue's page under the variants tab. I attached pics of all 3 of her sdcc versions from leagueofcomicgeeks for CPG to use. they used solicitation pics it appears, so the silver foil background isn't showing on the virgin cover well, but I couldn't quickly find a good square on scan of it on e*y to copy. those foil things are hard to get good scans of. edited by collectibleshop on 6/1/2025*
6/4/2025 Topic: We're Taking/You'll Do Bad Things collectibleshop	and thus it has always been, even after adding new admins. but now you know you just have to reply to a previous post to bump it up. and I tried again just now to submit these as a missing issue, and still get the error message that it 'can't be added to the queue.' so emailed the boss again, and about the other errors that still aren't fixed. all we can do is wait.
