no, the upc is not required. Not sure if there's any pics online that may show it, but not a big deal. It may not even have a upc, since it's a freebie and probably has no price on it?
you can submit it as a variant of TMNT #1, https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/teenage-mutant-ninja-turtles/1/popycr , and you don't have to provide a pic. Eventually someone will post a usable scan of one somewhere. I'd say don't submit the package with the shoes pic, as that isn't the item needed, just the comic.

https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/gretel/1-SUB/pkvsmpx has Jay Anaceleto in subtitle, database say last name is Anacleto.
https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/gretel/5B/pkwubrr has it as Canaan, database and other issues say Caanan. Capt. Kirk says "CAAAAAAAAAANAN!".

RASL hardcover listed twice?

collectibleshop

I'll be your googleberry... from what I found, there's a signed edition done in 2009 (Collectors Edition), called RASL: the Drift, and the Complete edition done in 2013.
mycomicshop: 2009 signed edition: https://www.mycomicshop.com/search?TID=19509614
Complete ed.: https://www.mycomicshop.com/search?TID=24747398
Comicvine concurs.
MCS says on the Drift one: "Jeff Smith's science-fiction series, RASL, is collected in this oversized hardcover edition! Featuring 112 pages of story art and 16 new pages that include concept sketches, script pages, and bonus artwork, each book also comes with a stylish ribbon bookmark. Each copy signed by RASL cartoonist Jeff Smith, the RASL: The Drift hardcover will be numbered and limited to 3,000 books. Cover price $50.00." I guess this only reprints the 1st several issues plus 16 new pages.
The Complete edition is "a 472 page hardcover in full color! Cover price $39.95."
Looks to me like the Complete edition could or should also be listed under the RASL series, with the other HC, as it reprints the same series. Boneville site only shows the Complete edition.
So I'm gonna say that CPG's listing for the Collectors Edition needs to have the S/N info added to it and maybe 'The Drift', but I don't know what the indicia calls it. PIC ATTACHED of it.
Have at it folks.

Maybe have every members nationality displayed if they allow it?
Shipping between Canada and the USA can change prices substantially.

Half the battle I have as a Canadian buyer is messaging to find out where sellers are from...and if they will even ship to Canada.

this has been brought up before, and 2 times back in 2020 an admin said: "We have talked about giving sellers the option to specify their location, which would benefit all our members around the world....We will talk about it and see if we can add that to the seller information. Maybe we can give the seller the option as Ebay does. Give us some time on this one. -Ron"
so far nothing has happened, but maybe some day...

I went ahead and noped the cover artists, and submitted the actual cover artists for the SUPERMAN: WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE MAN OF TOMORROW? #1 hardcover, which oddly hadn't been submitted. Quite clearly the cover says on the left side, BOLLAND for Brian Bolland, and after confirming at comics.org, the other name, SW Anderson, is Murphy Anderson. COVER artist is for only the cover of the book itself, not the interior reprint covers by the other artists. I think the interior artists should still be listed as just Artist tho. The Star Wars 2 hardcover artist was already correct as David Aja. So noped the others.

submitted the cover artists for the Justice League #5 - Forever Heroes TPB too--Ivan Reis, Joe Prado, and Rod Reis. It appears, according to comics.org info, https://www.comics.org/issue/1546657/ , that the submitter has mixed up artists with inkers, so if GCD is right, there's a batch of those to nope, but I'll leave that to others. He/she got some right tho.
I yupped the cover artist for MADMAN COMICS #4 (Dave Stevens), as I found out he did the BACK cover. https://www.comics.org/issue/55789/ . So yupped it, but not sure if CPG counts back cover artists when it's like that? Pic attached.

not sure if this article will help, but it explains the variations of the Diamond box 1977-79 Marvel comics: https://www.bipcomics.com/showcase/Direct/index.php . Comics.org concurs with CPG on the 4 variations too: https://www.comics.org/issue/951161/cover/4/
and the OP might find their list of the All Colour Comics editions from 1974-81 convenient, there's a ton: https://www.comics.org/brand_emblem/2632/

any official answer coming to these questions?
...not sure if CPG counts back cover artists as cover artist, like on the Madman 4?
...users that submitted creators added the Cover Artists of those as Cover Artists of the trade. That's obviously incorrect. But do/should those creators be added as interior artists?
and a new one..I've run into seeing letterers submitted as part of the cover artist team, but not sure if that's correct to do. I personally don't think of letterers as 'artists' in the conventional sense, no offense, but anytime there's non-title text on the cover, should that count as 'artist'? cuz otherwise there's a bajillion that could be added to cover artist.

I don't remember who I saw that had a letterer as cover artist, don't think it was you. I didn't vote on it. And I too think if the back cover is a pinup or full piece of art that it should count as cover art and the artist credited for it. just makes it hard to verify when so few places show a back cover or databases don't include it.

do some forum searches for sorting collection (short answer for what you want to do is no), and exporting/export collection and look for Ronbatman posts in those, and you'll see what's available. If it's not on your collection dashboard or editing/sorting list, then it's not available. also check out CPG's youtube videos: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3eOHtGDGIs0GGohUDuypf3TlQM2aupdo
