I was pretty lucky. They have sold for a lot of money on eBay. These are more limited covers so I chose them based on the limited numbers. Went for lower printed copies.
8/12/2023 Topic: Question about posting missing comics. Please ASAP Kaylump	Hello, I want to make sure I’m doing this as helpful as possible. I have about 100-125 rare, common, and Kickstarter comics that are missing from the database. What is the best way to post them. 1. Should I just post them all as I get time, should I space them out only posting a few at a time until they are entered into the database. 2. If they are kickstarters or rare books I get directly from the publisher should the cover price be what they charge for the book? Like Kickstarters and direct from the publisher site frequently charge 20-40$ and sometimes up to 80-100$ for a book? Also what about the books that already have the series in the data base but just have a missing variant covers. Should I post them all at once or wait and do it slowly? I ask because I posted about 10 missing covers for the bunny mask series about three or so weeks ago, and noticed one of them have been added.

8/17/2023 Topic: Missing - Jinkies inc #1 Kaylump	Which cover did you add ? The link takes me to the comic but the cover is not available.is it the main cover is the first cover I listed which one ? I can use the missing variant tool for the rest . 2/10/2024 Topic: Missing variant question Kaylump	Hey, I had a question about some missing variance that I posted. I posted several variant books from a few different books last August and it appears they have not been worked on yet? Is there anyway to get those pushed in priority, can some of the books get missed or forgotten about? A few of the books I was hoping for was Hardlee Thin, Joy and pain Also, I posted some missing variants for a specific comic book, and they actually disappeared. They are no longer listed under the report, a missing variant tool, and they also have not been added to the database? The book was bunny mask.
2/21/2024 Topic: Batman 2/21/ 2024 144 Kaylump	Hello, I just picked up a copy of Batman issue number 144 Alan Quah that was released yesterday. I entered it into my collection, and it says that it is the retail incentive variant. However my comic shop did not list it as an incentive variant and charged the normal cover price. Our comic Price guide database listed as retail incentive B (RI-B), with a 9.2 of $38. So I looked on a different website and it did not list it as an incentive variant. Can someone help clarify this cover is actually a retail incentive variant or not Thanks !

2/28/2024 Topic: Follow up from Casper0312 please Kaylump	Hello, I’m hoping to get some follow up on some missing issues I submitted about eight months ago. I used the report a missing vatiant tool to report missing variants and it says that they are being researched by an admin user named Casper0312. The series is After Shock Bunny Mask and Bunny Mask The Hollow Inside. I would love it if o could get these issues and a few that I have reported and uploaded since then added it to the database Thanks so much Kaylum

But it would mean a lot to me if you were able to complete these requests/submissions because I highly value these items and would like love to see the market worth of each of these books. I know it may be a big ask because I’ve probably entered about 8-10 submissions but it would really mean a lot and I would be forever grateful for this actions and effort. Thanks so much. If you go to the main cover of the issue in question, then the variants tab, scroll to the bottom and you should be able to see any variants you submitted. Thank you so much for your response, These are definitely variants that I submitted, under the database report, a missing variant tool. They are not issues that are completely missing, each one I submitted has at least the main cover entered into the database. is there any chance you can look at the covers that I posted and see if there is any issue with the covers ice uploaded? I submitted at least one variant book for each of the six issues. Is there anyway I can get an update on this is a somewhat popular series. Thanks kaylum

It is listed on the Comics Price Guide database, but the pricing for raw and grated are the exact same in each column Why is that and what does that mean, why is it priced the same?

Usually, you will see some differences between a raw and a graded issue. Sometimes it's very limited differences. For this specific issue, it looks like Scottwesty added it to the database and made some weird changes to the graded value. I don't see any completed sales for graded issues so that value should be changed to a default number. I just changed it. Ron

If they are no longer there, then there must have been an issue with the images you submitted. Shows as still pending. The issues are still there just are waiting to be resolved.

The problem I think you're running in to is that it is VERY hard to both verify that an issue exists and find a price for it when the majority of the issues come from Kickstarter. So, our normal places we might look (MCS, eBay, comics.org) don't have them listed anywhere with no creators or prices. That'd leave us with guessing or leaving them unpriced (if we can at least verify existence), and with possibly no good cover scan, etc... So, truth be told, with the glut of variants out there, we focus on the ones that we can verify and price quickly and get them in the DB. That was a really long winded way of saying that your stuff is there and we can see it. If you have more/better info to add it'll make it easier, and more likely, that we get it in to the DB. Thanks that explains a lot. It makes it very clear.
