There is a version of the Death Dealer Vol. 1 #1 Black and White Special Edition that is not listed on CPG.
The version on CPG has "Special Edition" printed in silver foil centered on the bottom of the front cover. The other version does not have this, what it has is a silver foil logo in the lower left hand corner with "Special Edition" underneath the logo
