I have a Death Dealer vol. 1 #1 that the inside cover says it is a Black & White Special edition, but the cover does not match the cover shown for that issue on CPG. It has the black and white background as the one on CPG, it is silver-foiled (don't know if that is the same as the one on CPG). What I know is different is that instead of having a large SPECIAL EDITION center at the bottom of the cover, it has instead the foil stamp from the 2nd printing gold foil stamp (in silver not gold) with SPECIAL EDITION centered underneath it.
I do not know if this is an error in the printing or if this is another variant cover that is missing from CPG

You might have to scan a picture of it as its difficult to pick up on what been said here.
You most likely have a 2nd print Black & White special edition...Not sure Lol.

Does it say 2nd print in the indica ???
It does look different then the others on CPG.
Is this yours http://comicbookdb.com/issue.php?ID=120532 a bit dark but one can see the Special Edition in the bottom LHC.

In the indica it says is Black and White Special Edition, nothing about 2nd print.
as for http://comicbookdb.com/issue.php?ID=120532, yes that is the cover and like you said it is dark so it is hard tell if the silver foil which is on the stamp in the LHC, and the borders around the lettering in the title separate from the shadows of the letters, additional above "Death Dealer" is "Frank Frazetta's also silver foiled and that can't be seen on the comicbookdb image.

Check for me will you, If so then it is missing from the CPG database among others sites as well Lol.
You will have to put in a request to get it entered, Put in a little note explaining the difference in the MISSING ISSUES page.
Hope i found it for you. Sweet book, I have no idea what the hell it is. Most likely a Variant of the "Special Edition".

Was happy to help Sidris...Took some research i must say  Being a huge Frazetta fan helped Lol.
I don't have those Image ones (missed them during my hiatus).
Although i do have 3 (of 4) Verotik issues. The Image books seem to be of better quality.
