It was a misprint, I think all (most?) covers have #17 on them. I've yet to see a actual copy with #19 on it.

Glad to see its finally been added, Thank you. Anybody know how to get ahold of the correct copy? Nothing on EBAY anywhere, yet I have seen 53 collected on CPG. Curious as to where they got there copies.

You have to remember that this was not a popular issue. At the time of printing they made 18,000 issues and it was ranked #130th in number of comics sold for the month.
Could not crack the top 100 for the month.
