Will be bringing my new mutants 98 to c2e2 and wondering if I should get Stan lee to sign it or just stick with a rob liefeld signature and getting it graded.

Are you going to sell or just keep in your collection? If keeping the book, get the guy you like the most sign. both aren't rare signatures, since Lee signs anything and everything so lots out there. Liefeld a good amount of collectors don't think much of him (writing or artist) but that issue is his crowning achievement. Me, I'd get it graded but skip the signature.

I've seen Liefeld at two shows. He will sign anything free but does charge a fee for these two comics: New Mutants #87, and New Mutants #98. If I remember correctly it was $25 a signature. Stan Lee I have only seen once and I paid $75 for him to sign two comics... but this was back years ago. I think his fee has gone up since then. If I were in your shoes I'd get Rob Liefeld to sign it and call it a day. Who else but the creator of Deadpool should have their signature on the cover? If Stan had actually worked on the book as a writer, it would make sense to have him sign it.
