I haven't posted in here for a long while, what with Photobucket no longer hosting images for free and I stopped buying back issues just prior to the start of the covid lockdowns.

I recently had some of my books submitted to CGC and the results are pretty impressive. Came back higher than I thought they would.

You sent off quite a few books. 9.2 on that Incredible Hulk is a big one.

That was a nice surprise. I wasn't certain that it would come back that high because the book was oddly cut at the printer.

More books back. Nice grades on the modern books that I bought off the rack and didn't bag and board until the early 00's.

FF 48-50 is quite a prize, in any grade. AND #1? Killing it...

Just a personal thing, but it bugs me how ugly the cover of #50 is, for such an important book. I hate that ditchwater brown background, just hate it.)

The FF#1 is the Golden Records reprint. More valuable now than around the time that I picked it up since the real thing is getting out of most people's price range.

Agree on the 50 cover -- that colour is ugly.

More back from CGC. Mostly Canadian newsstand price variants.

Looking at your original post and some of the later ones I gotta say thanks for showing some really cool covers other than the typical ones you always see.
