When we complete a missing issue or incorrect data request, we move the thread here to organize the boards and let people know the book is available.

Wouldn't it be easier to just move all of the fixes to the fixed/added forum category instead of responding to the posts that are years old? When the current users are logging into the forums that normally only have a few real unread topics to read login now, they see all of these responses to stuff that was literally from years ago by some people who probably gave up on it lol or the issue was already fixed way back then.

I am responding for two reasons, 1] not everyone has given up on their posts and not every post is going to be from 5 years ago...I'm not going to discriminate based on how old they are. 2] when it comes to people having trouble finding an issue it is good to have an answer posted in case someone else has the same issue and uses the search forum feature for the answer. You'll just have to bare with the process, I can't help that there was 106 pages of material to go through...I'm down to 90 now and it will get better with time

It's great that you're fixing them, but because of how the forums are set up, none of the people who actually posted the missing or incorrect information are getting a notification that says it has been fixed even if you quote them, as well as if it has been fixed then I don't think anyone else would have that same issue again with the issue that was fixed so they wouldn't be searching the forum for an answer. So posting anything rather than just moving the topic to the fixed thread is just flooding the boards especially for the ones that were already fixed way back when and the topic was just never moved to the fixed thread. Less work for you and less flooding of the boards is all I'm saying.
