Newsstand editions don't typically do much to people's valuations for a comic, so we don't treat them any different in our guide. Here you go:

Also, I would be very shocked if you had a true 9.9.... that's a very rare score. But if it's in really good condition, there's definitely some value and it would be worth attaching a real grade to it.
