I was a gold member for a year, during which time I logged in several hundred comics, still having many left to do. I did forgot to renew my membership and now when i login - it shows me as a bronze member, which i understand. But if i pay for gold again, are my previously logged books going to come back. I would hate to think i just lost all of that work because i was not on top of renewing my membership.

This subject has come up before & just recently to.
I think you will find they have not been lost or deleted & are still waiting for you when you upgrade to gold again.

Correct. We do NOT delete customer data. Login with your old account and your data will still be there (once you upgrade back to gold)
