Possibly "Batman: No Man's Land: No Law and a New Order," but I could not find this volume, no matter what I seemed to search for.
A collection of:
Batman: No Man's Land #1, Batman #563 ,Batman: Shadow of the Bat #83, and Detective Comics #730

I typed in "No mans land" & found it. Called a TPB (Trade paper back)

I can't believe I didn't come across that the other day. I kept finding the single issue with a similar cover and the associated TPBs when I searched for "Batman: No man's land":
