So In truth -if truth be told-I am not a recluse living in a cabin in the far North counting my almost 27000 comics
I have a huge family and we did a wonderful Zoom yesterday-with the family sending Balloons and Food and Cake and Clown Hats and Candles-a 7 and an 8 and a Birthday Table cloth
No Clown Car -and I specifically asked for a clown car...maybe next year.

PS-because everyone is locked in up North-- for the first time I did not buy a new comic for my birthday
and the prices seem ridiculously high-
PSS-I still feel the list of prices on this site --is way too low-- for the prices you have to pay in the real world.
As I have said many times-Marvel prices are always going up on this list in this site -fine-I agree-look at ASM 129 -silly price but.............
Just try and buy a Fawcett or an EC or Fiction House-or Fox-even early DC---the Golden Age stuff--the prices just run away from you--...................

I agree. Many of the Matt Baker romance books are severely undervalued by at least 5x to 10x.
But conversely, Avengers #1 is overvalued by 2x. My 7.0 shows $12,000 here but you can pick one up for $7200 on ebay and at auction for $6000.
Many more examples.
