Hey, folks! I've emailed a few times, so hoping I have better luck here. My payment for my annual Gold payment was taken from my PayPal account, and a day later, my account has been reduced to Bronze. All my books/boxes/lists are gone, so hopefully Ron or one of you great admins can assist.

Me too! Been a member since 2000 and suddenly reduced to Bronze. Hoping its just a glitch in the matrix and will be resolved soon.

Thanks! have you emailed customer service or Ron Batman? usually faster than posting in the forum, although tridon says he emailed before posting. you can message him and ask if his acct got fixed.

Yeah I emailed and got a response saying it would be worked on. Sent another email after waiting with no response.
