This volume was released back in February of 2025 and as far as I can tell there are two covers. One with Spider-Man alone, and one with Spider-Man and Doctor Octopus.

Hi. it appears they missed it. helps if you post a link to the series: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/amazing-spider-man-omnibus/rltxi
and there are 2 covers, here's comics.org gallery for that issue: https://www.comics.org/issue/2709569/cover/4/
Now, if you want to learn how to submit a missing issue to the system, which is how they prefer it to be done, and if you know how to copy and save an image, here's the instructions (save for future use):
go copy those 2 covers and save them to your computer or phone. bookmark comics.org for future use. I've attached both pics at the bottom of the post so you can download them off here this time.

go to https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/amazing-spider-man-omnibus/rltxi , and at the bottom right column below the green 'Create New Box' button, you'll see a link for 'Report Missing Issue'. Click that and you'll get a window with a form to fill out and to submit a pic. So, Issue would be #6, Modern Age. For Comic Type, there's no Omnibus choice, so probably use Hardcover or leave it as Issue. Feb 2025 for month, $100 cover price if comics.org is correct on that, then any relevant issue facts, like '2 covers, Keith Pollard cover artist for both," and the issues it reprints. Marvel's site says #181-205 and Annuals #12-13 and Spectacular Spider-Man Annual #1, but a youtube result said 181-220, and more annuals, so if you own it you'll know which is correct.

You can only upload 1 cover tho, so I'd start with Doc Ock one, and then you'll have to wait till that's listed before you can submit the other cover as a variant. You use the Report Missing Variant link on #6's listing, which shows when you click the Variants tab, link with flag is under the Issue number button. Fill out that form and upload the pic.
If all that's too much, someone else can submit it with this info, just post if you do it or not so we know.
