Didn't find a place I could add this one, full title is Forbidden Knowledge: Adventure Beyond the Doorway to Souls with Radical Dreamer. Published by Mark's Giant Economy Size Comics in 1996, cover price $3.50. 48 pages. Printed in Canada. Mark Wheatley for credits.

google can't find that site that the moment, but comic is on GCD too, although same info as you gave. https://www.comics.org/issue/537297/
GCD lists 3 other titles he did, so CPG can add the publisher and the titles. https://www.comics.org/publisher/2754/
no cover pic there for 'Dreams Cannot Die! Through the Doorway to Souls with Radical Dreamer' which is a TPB that collects Radical Dreamer (1994 Blackball) #0-4 and Radical Dreamer (1995 Mark's Giant) #1-6, and Tug and Buster (1995) #2.
