Have you submitted for a missing issue. Under the missing issues section there is the instructions for submitting a missing issue.

as I noted back when this came up a while back, it APPEARS this is treated as a separate title for each year, so only an admin can add it. comics.org and the league also treat it as a separate title. the league has 20 variants, GCD says there's 24, but they only have a couple: https://leagueofcomicgeeks.com/comic/5015857/vampirella-helliday-2024-special-1
