Can't seem to find this one, searched everyway possible and also by upc and found nothing. Please help

The title is just Web of Spider-Man, so guess you didn't try Web of Spider-Man #27? The rest is just the story title. This is a frequent mistake people make, so don't feel bad. It's here: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/web-of-spider-man/27/tjuuo
Always try fewer keywords and look inside the comic for the publishing info that will show you the correct title.
