The india DOES NOT SAY "Sad Sack's Army Life"
I suspect this is in the database but I cannot find it under title or publisher.
The cover is different than the cover shown on the database for Sad Sack's Army Life #61

yeah, they have the wrong pic for #61, there's is #41. GCD states that the 'Today' issues #58- 61continue from Sad Sack Army Life Parade, which is not how CPG lists that series, so that looks to be a mistake too. https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/sad-sacks-army-life/61/pnwsnp is the offending wrong pic, your pic is correct. they haven't corrected the pic yet, dunno why, so maybe some admin will see this again and fix it. CPG is still showing #41, not 61.

Yes, NOW it says #61, but 2 days ago it was still showing #41, honest. someone must have beat you to it.
