I have 4 titles (Gone, Life, The Big Burn, & The Missionary) published by DSTLRY_Media. All 4 of the titles are listed at this link (https://www.comicspriceguide.com/collection/dstlry-media).

However, when I do an Excel file download for DSTLRY_Media only 2 titles (Gone & Life) appear in the spreadsheets and 2 titles (The Big Burn, & The Missionary) are missing from the spreadsheets.

Hopefully this "bug" does not affect other Excel file downloads.

Did some more research and this appears to be a system wide problem.

The Excel file download of my DC Black Label collection also has missing books (The Boy Wonder, The Dreaming, & The Sandman Universe Presents Hellblazer). Also missing is the "T" spreadsheet in the Excel workbook as I have no other DC Black Label books starting with a "T".

I looked at the Excel file downloads for other publishers and book titles that started with "The" did appear in the Excel file "T" spreadsheet if my collection for that publisher also has book titles starting with just a "T" and the title does not start with "The" (e.g., Terminator).

So what appears to be happening is that the Excel file "T" spreadsheet for a publisher is not being generated if all of the collected book titles start with "The" and the titles starting with "The" aren't listed in any spreadsheets.

This CRITICAL software bug was reported 2 weeks ago, it is still broken, and there has been NO response from any of the Administrators.

Is anybody working on fixing this software failure?
