finally found it: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/the-avengers/1special/skyrns
it's under The Avengers 1973-76 Marvel UK series under the Special tab as The Avengers #1 1982 Treasury Winter Special. Now if it's from 1982, why is it with the 1973-76 series one may ask? Should be a separate listing to me.
comics.org has the credits if someone wants to add them: https://www.comics.org/issue/351794/
they have it as The Avengers Treasury Edition. No pic of the indicia, so what does it say? My guess is that both sites have the title wrong.

Ah, brilliant. Can't believe i missed that tab when updating my Avengers collection. Thanks. It is definately "The Avengers Treasury Edition" so comics org is correct. I attach photos below from my copy. I agree it should be a stand alone listing. How can we arrange for that?

an admin will come along and see this thread and they can change the listing if they agree it's a stand alone issue. I can verify for them your 2nd pic of the indicia says The Avengers Treasury Edition.
