As for the $19.99 cover price, I just looked around online to see how much it was going for during the NYCC weekend. I realize ashcans are usually free, but being that it was a retailer exclusive, I figured most collectors were purchasing it. But CPG doesn't use selling price for the cover price listing, only for the value listing. And just in case you run into a UK Marvel or other foreign published comic, don't submit a cover price unless it has one in US dollars (but no Australian dollar/cents). So no pence, francs, pesos, etc, just leave the price field blank, they'll add a subnote about the price.
