Hi,
amazing as it seems, this does appear to be missing from the database. I tried all the usual searches and then some, and it's not there. Even looked under Avengers Vol 1 and there isn't even a trade paperback tab there.
The pics you posted/attached aren't up to CPG's standards to use (need to be square on and cropped to the edges of the comic), so I attached a pic from the comics.org page you linked to. They can get all the creator info there. So an admin will come along and added it eventually.
