just for kicks I tried to submit it again, and still get the incorrect warning about having a 3 rank or higher or being a premium member. wonder when they'll get that fixed, it's holding up lots of pic submissions by now.

I tried uploading the scan after the system changes this morning. I did not get the message that you must be a 3 or higher member, but it also did not say the scan is waiting for approval. I then tried another upload and I did get the must be 3 or higher message.

had to submit it twice, but it took it the 2nd time and says Pending Review now, and the thumbnail is actually showing on the Verify page too for a change, so thanks bryan.
