I had IT look into my problem. He said you updated your operating system, so no mobile device 3 years or older is compatible. He really liked the site wants to become a member but needs a new phone, I have to ask Santa for newer devices. Sorry it was me not you

I dunno what the prob is as I don't use any mobile devices, but it's generally faster to ask customer service, customerservice@comicspriceguide.com or ronbatman, ron[@]comicspriceguide.com (remove the brackets of course). this forum gets little attention and not quick answers. you should be able to use a tablet or smart phone of course, many do, so supply CPG with the make/model/browser info and see if they can find the problem. good luck.
