since Black Ball is a UK publisher (not USA), you have to change the Country menu to UK, or US/UK/Canada etc.
Did you not see the notice that shows up when you don't get any search results?: "No results? Try these tips: Are you looking at the right country? Try changing the search to "All Countries". Your search may have been published outside the USA."
And you can search by publisher name too, this title shows up that way if you use All Countries, but CPG spells it as 2 words, Black Ball, and comics.org, has it as 1 word, so that can make it confusing to find too. https://comicspriceguide.com/publishers/black-ball-comics
