I have an Amazing Spider-man #41 (first Rhino) graded at 5.5. The listed value for raw is $680, yet graded it is listed as $475. I have never seen this before and assuming this may be a mistake?

There are definitely times when this sort of thing happens. Typically it occurs when a book is dropping in value. The raw values stay higher for longer while the graded values drop faster.
Venom 3 often has this sort of thing.
