Yesterday we reset the DNS setting for the website. Whenever you do that, there is a time when everything has to repopulate. Usually a few hours but sometimes up to 24 hours depending on where you are in the world. Because the app is tied to the website, the app was down as well

Mmm, as a UK user, I’ve not been able to access the website from a desktop or the app. Access via a mobile phone browser seems to be ok. Any other UK users having any problems?
UPDATE: Spoke to someone from CPG via FB Messenger, all sorted now. Problem was due to a blocked IP address, so hopefully that might help others too. edited by neillyd on 7/19/2024
