However, that's a reprint from 2014.
I can't find a listing on comicspriceguide for the original prestige book from 1994.
The UPC is 76194120382900111
The ISBN is 1-56389-173-5

The indicium states it's a first printing.

Under the 1989 LDK series, then under the Prestige Format tab. often times stuff like this is under the series of the same year/volume, under the Specials or prestige format tab. However, as the indicia shows, it should be titled better, as CPG calls it BATMAN: LEGENDS OF THE DARK KNIGHT #2 Halloween edition (1994) Madness, which ain't the title, and makes it hard to find.

Oh my, thank you! I looked for two weeks for this title, and I was going by the indicia and other variations.
I'd given up, thank you for the help!

you're welcome. hopefully they'll adjust the title so it's easier to find for others. To me, since the indicia says it's a Special, it should be under the Specials search results, and the Specials tab instead of the Prestige format tab. Sometimes you have to keep cutting down the keywords to the 'root' title (in this case, Legends of the Dark Knight) and then choose the year/volume that matches the issue, then try the various tabs if there are any.
