nope, it's here: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/arcana/1annual/pmps
it's probably not titled quite right in the database, but just searching Arcana and Annual in the Comic Type choice finds it. always try fewer keywords. sometimes you have to get down to one before something will come up. I don't know what the indicia inside says, but looks like it should be titles Arcana The Books of Magic, seeing as how it's a one shot and not part of a series where it would only be under the Annual tab. So maybe an admin will adjust that.
