Just finished reading G.O.D.S. #2 and I'm absolutely in love with the series so far.

Gilgandra,
Justice League international is an early Lobo appearance but not his 2nd. He makes several appearances in Omega Men which are well before Justice League International 18. He did gain a mohawk between his Omega Men appearance and Justice league.
The other Lobo appearances have been noted. #62 is a bargain right now for those looking for a deal.
