So I found this copy and my grandmother stuff cuz she work for a print company. I got photos of it all but how do you value something like that? You can't even tell if some of the text boxes where it's not finished like the text boxes are incomplete no text in them. But it's the first printing first edition of Tek world. It's in great condition all the pages are there unfolds no rips no tears. I just can't find anything like it online in order to get a estimate on value.

I think those may be called printer's proofs, but not 100% sure.
https://www.comicartfans.com has tons of comic art dealer banners to ask the experts (or just do a google search), but their forum is pretty dead for getting answers, but you can ask the owner via email there, without joining, and he'll answer back at some point: https://www.comicartfans.com/contact.asp
you might find some more examples there too, but you need the right term for the pages.
