This issue should be a stand alone Trick or Read 2022. Or listed under Strange Academy #3 as a reprint.

it's under a search for Strange Academy #1, because that's the number on the cover. Same with all the other Trick or Reads, but they could add 'trick' or 'trick or read' to the search parameters for those issues, they do that sometimes. some are here for Exclusives, or that may be all of them, I dunno.: https://comicspriceguide.com/exclusives/trick-or-read/pkrt

I'd have to check my copy, but I might actually agree with Jayc13. It should not be a variant of Strange Academy 1 if it contains a different story. If it's a reprint of #3, then it really should be listed as a variant there, regardless of the issue number on the cover.

when you find out what the indicia calls it, post that, cuz that's what CPG uses of course. they may be able to add a note to the listing about it reprinting #3 and maybe cross-list it under #3 also.

ok, thanks. as has been noted by CPG a bunch of times, they go by the title in the indicia, so that's the way it is.

If they are going by the indicia on this one, then it should be a standalone listing, as the title is listed as "Strange Academy No. 1 Halloween Trick-Or-Read 2022". It explicitly states that it's a one-shot that reprints #3.

They've changed the listing and added 'trick or read 2022 #1' to the title and added the 'reprints issue #3' note, and did that for some of the others if you search just 'trick or read', but there's a few that still need the change:
