What to do?
I've placed bids on books for sale with three different CPG members in the past month only to get no response (even after sending them follow up messages) and the offers expired. I was even able to see that two of the members had been online during the week I made the offer, and yet they still never communicated with me or accepted the offer. This all makes for a very disappointing experience on CPG. Why list books for sale if you don't want to sell them?
Slightly pissed,
-Marc

Happened to me this week as well. Only thing you can basically do is report them and their for sale listings will be paused.

If you have trouble with a seller please let me know. I will contact them and try to figure out what's going on. Sometimes they go on vacation and forget to turn on "vacation mode". Sometimes our emails are blocked by spam filters. Sometimes they don't understand our expectations for sellers. We expect seller to communicate and provide great customer service. Most of our sellers are fantastic. Ron
