Hello,
I just came across a Shazam #3 with a double cover.
I am wondering how rare this is and an approximate value.
I tried to attach a photo but it will not let me.
It is in excellent condition

Double covers are difficult to value because it depends on how rare the original is, its age, desirability, and current trends. If you are talking about the Shazam 3 from 1973, I would start at double the listed value. Grading companies will grade it, if you want to go that route.
