Based on the picture I'm guessing that you want to submit a new variant for Brzrkr.
You just need to go to the title

Then to the specific issue that you want to add a variant, like issue #1
Click on the variants tab. At the bottom of the page is a red button for submitting new variants. You can fill that in and someone will go in and approve or deny it. Your image needs to fit these requirements.
1. Type - .jpg .png and .gif
2. Size - 5MB max limit
3. Dimensions - Less than 1.2k
