likely not listed because it's more text than text and images. From ones I saw inside pics of, there's like 1 panel of art, and rest of the page is text, so not an actual comic book in the normal sense. An 'illustrated book' isn't necessarily a comic book, but CPG can decide, but since it's not been listed after all these years, there's probably a reason.
